Great location close to downtown and major attractions. Comfortable beds and clean rooms with modern amenities. The hotel offers a good value for the price paid.
Lack of soundproofing which resulted in noise disturbances throughout the night. Some guests had reported maintenance issues within their rooms, specifically with the bathroom.

I felt very comfortable. the hotel is close to important locations like the bus terminal , the museum, shopping, Hop on Hop off bus etc.I am back in Melbourne Australia and I would recommend your Hotel to any of my friends if they stayed in Victoria. There might be some noise factor from day traffic but at night it seeme to be very quiet and was located on the 4th floor.There was nothing that I disliked about the hotel. For the rated I paid it was everything I expected. Keep up the good work and keep it within the range ff travellers like myself who cannot afford 5 star hotels.Thank you

Service and the facilities could not be better. For evening drinks visit Milestones, it is located within 15 minutes by foot. Enjoyed a mini-kitchen we had in the room.

Great amenities and superb location. Our family had a fantastic time during New Year's Eve. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed the balcony and the view it provided. The nearby attractions were fantastic, and we didn't have to go far to find them. The restaurants had great food, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The noise within the hotel was a bit disturbing, and we could hear noises from the hallway. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the carpeting in the hallway could use some updating.

This hotel was a great find for my recent stay in Victoria. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the downtown core and right across the road from the harbor side. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the basic amenities and the fact that the rooms had 2 Queen beds with nice attention to details. I also appreciated the option of having a room with a view and a kitchenette, which made my stay even more convenient.
All was excellent, nothing to complain about.

Our mattress was very soft and we kept rolling into the middle of the bed.
